NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2025, no earlier than 9:35 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed General Plan of Conformity (GPC 24-01), and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption (CE 24-41), to remodel the National Guard Armory to the Sheriff Administration Facility.

The proposed project involves renovating the existing 20,323 square-foot building, with an expansion of 578 square feet, to create a total of 20,901 square feet. Applicant: Lars Ewing (Lake County Public Services, Facilities Maintenance Division); Location: 1431 Hoyt Avenue, Lakeport (APN 003-046-75).

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countyoflake.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
