NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 22, 2025, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Lakebed Encroachment Permit and Variance (PL 25-18; VR 24-01) request from Chapter 23, Clear Lake Shoreline (“Shoreline Ordinance”), of the Lake County Code for installation of two floating docks associated with the Disney Boat Rental Facility Project; Applicant: Disney’s Boat Rentals; Location (within the City of Lakeport): 2200 Lakeshore Boulevard Lakeport (APN 026-031-29).

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. To all interested stakeholders, Lake County Behavioral Health Services, in accordance with the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), is publishing this Notice of 30-Day Public Comment Period and Notice of Public Hearing regarding the above-entitled document.

I. The public review and comment period begins Tuesday, May 6, 2025 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Interested persons may provide written comments during this public comment period. A Public Hearing will be held by the Lake County Behavioral Health Services Advisory Board on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 10:00am – 12:00pm for the purpose of receiving further public comment on the MHSA Annual Update for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The meeting will offer attendance in-person at the peer support centers (see addresses below) and be held virtually on the Zoom web-based meeting platform. Attendees will have the option to join the public hearing via the meeting URL link, or dial into the meeting by phone.
