NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 9:20 a.m., or soon thereafter, in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Deviation (DV 24-01), for a deviation from being responsible for improving all of Rocky Creek Road, from 9100 Rocky Creek Road to Morgan Valley Road, as required when establishing legal lot status; Applicant: Alexander Johnson Location: 9100 Rocky Creek Road, Lower Lake (APN 122-251-08).

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, February 27, 2025, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors
Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA
for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit Renewal (UPX 24-02), and California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption (CE 24-47), to grant renewal of Major Use Permit (UP 97-
05) and Minor Use Permit (MUP 99-17) for an additional five years for a previously approved billboard for
off-site advertising. The existing structure features two faces, each measuring 240 square feet, and stands
22 feet tall, comprising a 12-foot post supporting a 10-foot-wide billboard. Applicant: Trudy La Monica;
Location: 2560 East State Hwy 20, Nice (APN 201-040-02).
