NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 10, 2025, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Tentative Parcel Map (PL-25-65; PM 24-02), and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption (CE 24-44), to divide one parcel into two separate legal parcels for the existing 10.13-acre property. Parcel A is proposed to become 5.03 acres and Parcel B is proposed to become 5.10 acres. Each would have access to an individual water well and a separate septic system. Access is provided via a shared driveway established through an easement, connecting to Red Hills Road, a county-maintained roadway.

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California will consider approving Design Review PL 25-23; DR 23-03; and Mitigated Negative Declaration; IS 23-08 with no public hearing on: July 2, 2025, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted on June 26, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. to the Community Development Department Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. 

Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in Conference Room C, 3 rd floor of the courthouse, for consideration of proposed Design Review (PL 25-23; DR 23-03)

Notice of public hearing on California electricity costs

On Thursday, June 26, 2025, the Little Hoover Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing on California's electricity costs at 10 a.m. The hearing will be conducted via Zoom and will also be accessible at 925 L Street, Suite 175, Sacramento, CA 95814. No Commissioners will be present at this location.

The following commissioners will attend the hearing remotely: Pedro Nava, Anthony Cannella, Dion Aroner, David Beier, Senator Christopher Cabaldon, Assemblymember Phillip Chen, Gil Garcetti, José Atilio Hernández, Jason Johnson, Gayle Miller, Assemblymember Liz Ortega, and Janna Sidley.
