NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF CEQA DETERMINATION BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION  


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2022 @ 9:10 a.m.in the Board Chambers of the Lake County Courthouse located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453.


CASE#: UP 20-90

OWNER/APPLICANT: CRESTA PROPERTIES, LLC

REQUEST: Cresta Properties, LLC is seeking discretionary approval from Lake County for a Major Use Permit (UP 20-90), for a total of 51,500 square feet (sq. ft.) of mixed light canopy area 6267 Kelsey Creek Drive and 6245 Gold Dust Drive, Kelseyville (APN 007-013-23, 007-013-22).

Lake County Rural Arts Initiative is formally requesting competitive proposals for a qualified management firm who can plan, coordinate, and execute projects supporting the recently received Caltrans grant for Clearlake as well as other projects to enhance Clearlake and support its economic vibrancy.

The firm will need to have personnel with competence and experience in project management, technical development (i.e. augmented reality), video graphics, mural installations, marketing, accounting and public relations. Experience working with grant projects, government agencies, and nonprofits is a must.

The ideal firm will have a familiarity and network in Lake County, with ties to our diverse communities, local agencies, and business sectors.

The successful respondent will be required to complete the projects in their entirety including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and supplies. RFPs must be submitted by Sept 10th 2022.
