NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors chambers, located in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453.
This ordinance would amend the Lake County Code to require written comments on Appeals to be submitted to the Planning Commission and/or Board of Supervisors, no less than 96 hours prior to the public hearing of the Appeal, in order to be considered by the deciding body.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited to be present at the public hearing. All persons may provide public comment at the time and place indicated above.
