NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2025, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit (PL-25-48, UP 25-03), and CEQA Exemption (CE 25-03); Applicant: Esther Formula USA Corporation; Location: 4615 Work Right Circle, Lakeport, CA (APN 008-032-51).
The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countyoflake.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx .

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California will consider approving Minor Use Permit (PL-25-251) with no public hearing on: October 15, 2025, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted on October 09, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. to the Community Development Department located at 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport CA. Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the courthouse, for consideration of proposed Minor Use Permit (PL-25-251) to allow a solid wood 6-foot fence within the front yard setbacks.
