NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, no earlier than 9:20 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit (PL-25-51/ UP 24-17), and Categorical Exemption, for conversion of Temporary Staff RV’s to Short-Term Guest Units (Creekside Caravans) Applicant: Heart Consciousness Church (Harbin Hot Springs) Location: 18424 Harbin Springs Road, Middletown (APN 013-009-24). 

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countyoflake.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California will consider approving Minor Use Permit (PL-25-315) with no public hearing on: February 04, 2026, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted on January 29, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. to the Community Development Department Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport CA.  Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 04, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the courthouse, for consideration of proposed Minor Use Permit (PL-25-315) to convert 6,720 square feet of existing tenant space (suites 25-30) into a medical clinic for Sutter Health.
