BERKELEY, Calif. – At an event in Berkeley, the birthplace of the disability rights and independent living movement, California State Treasurer John Chiang, State Sen. Bill Dodd (CA-3), and representatives of different stakeholder and disability advocacy groups on Tuesday launched CalABLE.
