LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Friends of the Lake County Library would like to thank the community for its wonderful support of the group’s recent basket raffle.

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife Californians Turn in Poachers and Polluters Program, or CalTIP, is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the poacher responsible for killing four Roosevelt elk in Humboldt County in December.
