LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Susan Krones, candidate for Lake County district attorney, has been endorsed by the California Labor Federation, North Bay Labor Council, adding to her broad-based coalition of support from working people and groups supporting them.

The mission of the North Bay Labor Council is “to improve the lives of working families – to bring economic justice to the workplace and social justice to our state and the nation.”

“The North Bay Labor Council believes Susan Krones is the best choice for Lake County district attorney,” said spokeswoman Maddy Hirshfield. “She’s passionate, not only about safety and justice, she also has a deep understanding of workers’ rights and issues faced by working families. Lake County workers will be well served by Susan Krones.”

“This endorsement is so important to me because it speaks to my vision of justice in Lake County,” said Krones. “I stand for equal access to justice and liberty, regardless of economic or social status, race or religion. Lake County has a proud, strong heritage of hard-work, self-sufficiency, and independence. I am grateful to the Labor Council and to the working people it represents for their support as I seek the opportunity to serve them and the entire County as District Attorney.”

The primary election date is June 5.
