LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lakeport Women’s Civic Club has started its new season off and running with donations for two very important local organizations.

LAKEPORT, Calif. – “Life in the Past Lane” a series of free genealogy classes, will begin meeting at Lakeport Library 1425 N. High St. in October, just in time for Family History Month.

As part of its commitment to keep customers and communities, as well as other in its service area safe, Pacific Gas and Electric Co. has developed a new tool to allow anyone to receive notifications about public safety power shutoff, or PSPS, events, even if they are not PG&E customers or account holders.
